Meet the ONYX Reformer

Safety First!

• If an exercise requires part of your bodyweight to be placed on

the carriage of the Onyx, first place yourself on the stable non-
moving platform and then position the body part required to be

on the carriage next.


• If you are stepping off of the Onyx, place both feet back on the
stable non-moving platform and then step off.


• Wear Grip Socks during class to prevent any slipping. You will get
sweaty and therefore not taking appropriate assurance to secure
yourself on the machine could cause you to fall or cause you to
manipulate your form in an effort to not slip and thus lead to an
unnecessary muscle strain due to improper compensation of
bodyweight.


• Be aware of the spring load and spring load modifications. Listen
to your instructor carefully.
