About the event
Expect a 50 minute Contemporary Mat Pilates Expierience taught by our founders Kelly Klein and Kristen Kelley. Bala Pilates props will be provided. Bring your own mat, towel, and water. Goodie bags will be handed out to all attendees and make sure to check out our Girl's Girls grip sock pop up shop as well.
